We flew 191 kids! Another great success!
We need a single leader for next year to take charge & organize the activity
Some learnings were collected, mostly due to lack of pre planning
We had just enough airplanes to cover the kids we had signed up
It is critical that for next year we get more support, volunteers and a leader!
SolidWorks - EAA has a great deal where chapter members can use the software for free. Ken is looking for interest from chapter members that want to get setup and learn the program.
Arlington Airshow debrief
The chapter had a good time at the airshow & had a great burger burn potluck.
It’s been determined that the trailer is overkill for the show
Best solution is to divide up the materials that are needed to bring up
Have the campers take some of the materials and a few people bring up more on Saturday
BurgerBurn is Sunday August 13th with Setup at 11AM, dinner by 12:30PM or so.
